We are proud to be staffed with a group of responsible youngsters that are fully trained and experienced in providing the best service to our customers.

The staff is in close contact with our campers, assisting them so they may enjoy themselves and make new friends and, above all, they are a strong support in their integral development and growth.

Our staff consists of young people between 18-25 years old, fully committed the camp, and with a strong interest in education, sports, nature and the outdoor experience.

Here at KIN, our campers are our most valuable treasure, thus the selection of our staff is a very strict and meticulous process. In order to become a part of this group, it is necessary to go through a series of filters, psychometric and ability tests, and training.
